Returns, Damages & Delivery Policy

All artwork and handmade items are final sale. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Any visible shipping damage

After reviewing the photos, I will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at my discretion.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with your local post office and neighbors. If the package is confirmed lost in transit or was not delivered, please contact me so we can work together to make it right.

 

Mail Club Members

If you are a member of the Livi’s Letter Mail Club and do not receive your mailing, please contact me within 30 days of the expected delivery date. I will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement mailing when appropriate.
